    Position Summary

    The Marketing Event Coordinator will support the development, planning, and execution of innovative pilot projects and programs with the aim of discovering and investing in the best ideas and methods from across the Audubon network for reaching and engaging new audiences.


    Essential Functions

    • Coordinate calls and communications between pilot program participants. 
    • Make strategic recommendations on future of pilot program.
    • Contribute to strategy for best ways to involve the Audubon network and ensure pilot structure meets network needs. 
    • Help develop communications tailored to traget audiences. 

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or 3-4 years of work experience
    • Excellent writing, editing and organizational skills; keen attention to detail a must.
    • A self-starter, with the ability to manage deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products, Dreamweaver, html and CMS systems
    • A passion for birds, nature, and conservation, and the ability to share that passion with readers of all stripes.
