Based in NYC and reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the Product Manager will be charged with overseeing the strategic effectiveness of Audubon’s operational and programmatic work through the development and deployment of internal-facing web applications, enterprise platforms and CRMs, and data systems, much of which is centered around Salesforce.
The role requires a mix of business operations expertise, solid project management skills, an intuitive sense for user experience, and fluency in the tools of enterprise CRMs and operational systems. The Product Manager will work with business stakeholders to plan product roadmaps, identify and deploy solutions, and analyze metrics to enable the success of staff and volunteers who are the users of Audubon internal systems.
